I had the same concerns with getting a reo as it sounds you are. But, as long as you aren't pushing the limits doing some crazy sub ohm coil then you are fine. My best investment in vaping that I ever made was buying a reo.

So as long as I'm 1.0 ohm or above not much danger? at present I'm not interested in sub-ohm (probably in the future). The REO does look awesome, especially if it can be cleaned and juice flavors swapped out (unsure as so many people talk about only using one liquid per REO)

By extra bottles and swap out bottles to change flavors. Easy game!

oh ok gotcha! easy game sounds right!

So I'm guessing the REO with a PT2 on it = not ideal. Perhaps my next step is to get a better tank prior to a REO?

No, just get a Reo Grand Low Profile (LP) and an RM2 (LP) and you're good to go! Then you can squonk like a pro. :thumb:

It'll need to be a bottom feed atty. I would suggest an LP Reo and an LP RM2. It will come with 2 bottles. Extra bottles are pretty cheap so get one for each flavor you like and keep 1 empty. Use the empty for water. When you want to change flavors, screw on the water bottle squirt it through the tube\atty, screw on the next flavor, change the wick and go.

Megan beat me to it!

hmm REO huh...ok I'm gonna look more into this. These things looked huge to me at first but I've since heard that a REO Grand is the size of a deck of cards. so, pretty portable eh? pocket-able? or stay-at-home device for some reason?

actually can anyone point me to a thread that covers stuff someone should know when looking to buy a REO? it seems a complicated and intimidating world

The Grand is the same size (somewhat) as an MVP2 :)

My only dilemma would be finishing the juice before it starts to go bad (for lack of a better term).

Perhaps a new service for those who want large amounts of one juice could be sent out fresh batches every so often throughout the year. You pay upfront kind of like a club and get a quarterly package sent. Only flaw to this is if you like it well steeped.

Also what has just occurred to me is Clark / Kent will now be known as Superman lmao. Is that how you got the nickname Kent?

Like others have suggested you can always add nicotine to your juice and order it at 12 or 6mg and add it to used bottles and use it on different devices depending on nic strength. just make sure you get the math right, and be super careful handling the nicotine itself.

There's a "sticky" on the top here and you can go to the reosmods forum for more information. I had the same concerns, until I got one in hand.
The grand is about as thick as a deck of cards, but about 1/2" less in width. The mini is about an inch shorter and 1/4" less in width than the grand. Actual dimensions are on the site.
Take your time and make an informed decision. If it doesn't work out, you can put it in the classi's and get most of your investment back. Reo's and provari's tend to hold their value well.

Go to this and you will find out everything you need to know. Plus, these are the most helpful peeps you'll ever talk to, believe me.
