I've seen where people like this in some mixes with varied cream and or vanilla flavorings, wondering if anyone uses it as a standalone flavor if so what percentage. Thanks for any info.

I use it stand alone sometimes. I use 1 to 2 drops per ml for straight strawberry. It might taste a little weak at first but will strengthen in a few days.

I usually use at around 2-4% in a recipe so might be able to do 5-6% as standalone. It's really strong so might not even need that much.
