IP Address button

mods - noticed that I see the IP address button on all posts on all threads now (well, the ones I've been reading anyway), as opposed to just the posts on the sub-forum that I moderate. Is this common for all now, or just those that mod on some part of the forum? Seems a little disconcerting to have that there for everyone IMO. Not sure when it started, but noticed it about a week or so ago.

ETA: This appears to only be happening on the Kirsch2 skin. I've checked all four non-mobile skins.
