I've been on and off e-cigs for I guess like 3 years now. I started with the intellicig, which worked alright for me for a little while, but the batteries were too flakey. I had a 401, and then an eGo, a REO Mini, and now the iPro. The REO mini and eGO both helped me dramatically reduce my smoking (down from a pack a day to about a pack every 3 days). I have had the iPro for about 24 hours and haven't smoked a single cigarette. I haven't wanted to. Overall, I am really happy with my purchase, and would give the device 4.5 stars.
Pros: Price! IMO this device offers the best value of any VV mod.
The dial to adjust voltage is probably easier to use than any other VV mod. Feels very solid. Thinner and sleeker than most big battery mods, which makes it more pocketable. The metal tubing has a bit of texture, so it won't slip from your hands; the fact that it is lighter than you'd expect (much lighter than my REO MINI even when it doesn't have juice) also helps keep me from dropping it. The button is soft and easy to press. The tubing is machined so that the button is slightly inset, which I imagine is to prevent accidental button. I haven't had a chance to test that yet.
I haven't really tested battery life, but after about 8 hours on fully charged bats, I notice no decline.
I also really dig the very industrial/minimalist look of the device. I bought the clear/silver model, so the logo and S/N blend in, which makes me happy.
As far as vapor production goes, I have an LR 306 on it right now, and I have it set a bit below halfway, so probably about 4.1 volts, and the device just rocks out vapor. It puts enough so that I don't take long drags anymore. I also get much better flavor than I did with 3.7 volts. Likewise, the draw is smoother. It's not airy, but it doesn't require as much of a tug as the ego or REO Mini did.
Another thing that some people might care about is that the tube is vented (in case your batteries malfunction). You have 3 vent holes towards the bottom.
Cons: The one thing that bugs me is that, while this device does have a small juice cup, it is positioned about 1/4" below the vents for the atomizer. That means it will catch a little juice if it spills out of the atomizer vents, but unlike on my REO, there's no way for me to suck that juice back into the atomizer, and if more than like 1/2 ML spills out, it will start dripping down the sides. This is really the only thing I dislike about this mod.
A couple other things that might bother people:
1) This device lacks an on off switch. However, I find though that if you twist the battery cap about 90 degrees, the device will turn off.
2) Bizarrely, the LED is inside the device. That means to see it, you have to peer through the small space between the voltage dial and the tubing. This is fine with me as if I had a choice, I'd pick no LED at all, but if you like that visual feedback, you might be disappointed by this.
