Like @painbowslash said, there's many factors to why you can't fire it up.

Start off with what mod and battery your using. Check if you insert the battery correctly. (Idk I once couldn't fire my mod out and after 2 hours I realised I put my battery wrongly)

Are you using a kanger tank? Check that the atomiser screw at the bottom is not 'pullable' I had that problem recently

Subtanks don't have a spring loaded or adjustable connection pin. Get a heat sink, it should solve the issue.
