2 x 18650 vs 1 x 18650. The 2s has a smaller form factor because of this. Thats main reason for buying the 2s, and ill never go over about 35 watts.
Now what about charging? I hear the 2S can charge your battery but the 3 can't. Since I'm on the go, all the time, this is a big deal for me.

If your worried about battery life the 2s can charge (it has pass through apparently but it's not advised to use it) but also if you put the right battery in then a full day shouldn't be an issue,
These are the batteries I use in my ipv2 and how long they last
Keep in mind I am a chain vaper and I run nautilus tanks with 1.8ohm bvc's @8w and an Atlantis 0.5ohm at 22.5w so I chew through batteries
Vtc4 2100mah - 5-6hrs
Samsung 2500mah - 8-9hrs
Efest 3100mah - 15-16hrs
To put it into perspective for you, I run an mvp into the red on an average day
