IPV 4 firmware and charging...

Other than being a cool device....


two things...

One, the unit is not chargeable through the USB port... you need to get an additional charger... 9v...

Two, how the heck does the firmware upgrade work?

I plugged the usb into my device and computer... nothing happens!

I can't find any info on this anywhere online.

Do I need to prompt something on the device to get my computer to recognize the device? or is my device defective?

There is no firmware update yet, but you need to go to the Yihi site and download some software first...pretty sure it is windows only too...also, I recommend charging on an external charger, batteries are easy enough to access.

The ipv4 could of been great, but they failed once again. That 9volt charge port is stupid, no one wants to spend $80+ on something then have to go find a charger for it.
