Use the search and you'll find a bunch of results for the ipv4. I own one and use it a lot with Kanthal and TL and have had no issues, I like it.
The dual battery life is nice. For me it's a little on the large side, back pocket material if you take it on the road. It has plenty of power and they recently release an upgrade. It's a decent mod for the price.
All that being said some folks have had issues with the charging board shorting out. The search will give you a ton of information.

Just got mine about a week ago and love it. Just got into flavor chasing and waiting on my ni200 coils to get here to try out the TC mode. Been subohming and loving it a lot. What a HUGE difference from "tootie puffing" or whatever it's called 
The plastic sleeve on the IPV 4 wears out and becomes loose over time. GrimmGreen does a nice job reviewing a few TC mods. He also touches on the charging board issues and explains what happens.
If your wanting the IPV4 get the newer one which is the IPV4S they fix the problems that they had with the old one. I love mine I haven't had a problem with it yet
