I'm thinking about upgrading to a regulated box mod from a mechanical tube mod. I need something that will last and hit hard all day long. The reason why I am switching from mech to regulated is because I dislike it when the battery's output power decreases over time. If possible, please list the pros and cons of each mod and what your opinions are. Thank you!

Out of them, I would go the IPV3 LI.
Honestly, I would pick the Sigelei 150w TC over the ones you gave. With discount, you can get the Sigelei for $80.99. Which seems to be around average price of the IPV LI anyways.

Dual 18650 as well, but it depends on how you run it with how long batteries will last.

The IPV 3 LI was my top choice as well. I'm not to keen on the design of the Sigelei though. I don't know, that's just my personal opinion.

I have a ipv3 li vr and a ipv4 there not even in the same ballpark imo. ipv3 li is much better built, and the D2 is only 1 battery, so battery life wont be as good.

I have had an IPV4 for 4 months or so and it has performed flawlessly. It has been upgraded to 120 watts but I usually use it under 40. The 2 batteries are nice and it fits the hand well even at expressway speeds on my motorcycle. I am considering a IPV D2 for my next purchase for times that something smaller would be convenient. I think the IPV 3 LI looks nice and I hear it performs well too but It doesn't look to me like it will fit the hand as well as a 4.:2c:
