i'm looking at buy my first regulated mod and am torn between these two. the smok is about $10 less than the ipv and is bigger plus you get the extra 10watts. i like the ipv because it's smaller&will fit in my hand better(i have trouble w/my hands hurting) plus there are tons of wrap/case options with it. also which is better, internal battery or removable ones. i'd like to hear from people who have one of or both of these. what are the pros&cons of each? i've watched reviews but would still like to hear from others before i spend $50-$60

Between the two I'd go for the ipv mini2.
I like ones that you can easily remove the battery without having to remove tiny screws.
Usely one never needs a mod that goes more than 50 watts.
I have Sigelei and it doesnt please me at all, I use it for a beater (for work).
It doesnt put out the same as my other mods.
Ipv are good, though my zna 50 has become my primary.
It nice, also fits the hand better than most.
Google it & take a look at one, it has proven to be 100 percent reliable.
Appears to be well made and can use 18650 or 18500 batteries.
Doesnt cost all that much either.
I got SS, but they do come in black.
Whats strange, I can use my kayfun at 15 watts with my zna & than put that very same kayfun on my Sigelei at 15 watts and it doesnt vape as well as my zna.
Perhaps I got a defective sigelei or the chip isnt what all it crack up to be.
Ipv does well, though I like the looks & feel of the zna 50 better.
The firing button is slick and smoother.
Folks are always asking bout the zna & asking where I'd gotten it.

Good luck with what ever you decide to go with.

Was weighing options before with Smok Xpro M80plus and IPV Mini v2.

Both feels good in the hands
Both are pass thru enabled
Both spring loaded 510
Both come in black (to match my RDA)
Both are quite powerful for their size (80w and 70w)
Smok Xpro M80 has 2 internal li-poly batteries (4000mah), IPV mini v2 accepts 1 18650 only (sorry, heavy vaper here)

I ended up with the Smok Xpro M80plus.

i ended up going with the ipv mini2. i found it for $10 less than i could find the smok anywhere. i got silver but am getting a kick ... old school nintendo game controller skin for it. i like it well enough although i'm not at all impressed with the battery life, i'm going through 5 batteries a day same as with my mechs. also it's a little difficult to change them out, the cap keeps wanting to cross thread on me.
