They list specs on IPV Electronic Cigarette -

Input Voltage: 3.2V-4.5V
Output Current: 1.0A-30.0A

Temp. limit Centigrade: 100°C-300°C
Temp. limit Fahrenheit: 212°F-572°F
Powered by YiHi SX150H

I believe D2 specs are:

Output Power: 7W-75W
Output Joule: 10J-50J
Standard Resistance:0.2ohm-3.0ohm
Joules Mode Resistance:0.05ohm-0.3ohm
Output Voltage: 1.0V-7.0V
Input Voltage: 3.2V-4.5V
Output Current: 1.0A-25.0A
Input Current: 1.3A-30.0A
Temp. limit Centigrade: 100°C-300°C
Temp. limit Fahrenheit: 212°F-572°F
Powered by YiHi SX130H

Some some changes across the board, nothing game changing. I might get one for the stepdown and battery door. The bump in resist ranges is welcome too. The extra 5 watts, I could care less about personally.

Hmm. Well seeing as it was the only info available at the time, I posted it. If youre unhappy with that Im really not concerned.

No need to be unhappy, all-in-one devices don't interest me.

What did P4U post that lead you to believe the D3 was going to be an all in one ?, seems a little strange that you'd post a link to it and not realize it wasn't.

The link I posted originally claimed that it was going to be an all in one, even stating that it would be similar to the NEBox. I just assumed they had intimate knowledge of the device. Seems like both they, and I were wrong.

Im just a fan of all-in-one and it initially excited me as I absolutely love my D2, even selling off my higher end mods in favor of it, including an SX Mini S class.

I like dual battery mods for at home and singles for out and about. Im a brick mason by trade and an exposed glass tank does not always bode well with that environment.

I am unable to edit the OP or I would have updated it with the correct and relevant information.

I wasnt trying to be rude, but im not one to be overly distraught by anothers opinions of my actions lol.

I understand, it's just a little strange P4U would be so far off base posting something completely false...all good though.

The Kanger seems like a winner if an all in one interests you, I believe the built-in tank uses the same guts as the standalone Subtank Mini so you know it's going to preform well.

I think some sites have posted some speculation previously on the D3. I just got an e-mail actually with an ad to order one with a coupon, and the ad actually shows incorrect info:

SPECIFICATIONS:
  • Step down function
  • Wattage: 10 W - 80 W
  • Joules: 5 J - 75 J
  • Voltage: 1.0 V- 7.0 V (supports stepdown)
  • Resistance: 0.15 Ω - 3.0 Ω
  • TC Mode Resistance: 0.05 Ω - .5 Ω
  • Temperature: 212°F - 572°F ( 100°C - 300°C )
  • Chip: YiHi SX130H-V2
  • Requires (1) 18650 High Drain Battery (sold separately)
  • Magnetic Battery Cover
Pioneer4You has on their own site the Wattage is 7-80, the Joules are 10-75 and uses YiHi SX150H. I would go with the info they give ;)
Although P4Y's site is...well...odd to say the least. They did put specs on the D3 there, but the D2 doesn't list them (I used specs listed by the site I bought from in my post above for the D2). They don't seem to put a ton of info on a lot of their products?

I feel I'm missing something with several folk asking about the spring-loaded 510 pin.
My D2 has one*. Are people worried that P4Y will change that? Or hoping they will?

* Yes... it's a slotted head. DO NOT, DO NOT attempt to adjust by turning it.

I can't see them changing that, maybe because it is not specifically mentioned, people are thinking maybe it doesn't? Unless I am misunderstanding those comments.

Pioneer4you IPV D3 (PRE-ORDER) $49.99

Here’s the lowest priced pre-order (so far) on the Pioneer4you IPV D3. And, the best part about it is that it is from a USA vendor. Ecig-city has them on pre-sale for just $49.99. Just keep in mind that all orders over $50 get’s free shipping as well. So, you might want to consider adding something cheap to get you over $50 instead of paying for shipping.

For those of us sitting in the back row in Mod Battery lectures...

Does that mean that one should use (at least) a 30A battery like the Sony VTC4 (30A, 2100mAh)???

(How about if I have NO interest in sub-ohming, NO interest in TC and have yet to ever go over 12Watts. Would it be safe to use the LG HG2 (20A, 3000mAh) for the extra mAh's?)
