Ipv4s help [check atomizer]

hello all,

Was happily vaping then stopped, next vape when I tried, the ohm spiked to 4.6 or something when it's usually 0.7 then I got the error check atomizer. Anyone knows any remedy?

Am using ipv4s with kanger tech submini tank. Using the rba head with nichrome coil. Settings were at 18W only.

I have tried to clean and well push a few times the 510 connector but that's about all I can do, when I opened up the mod all cables seems to be in place with the soldering portions looking intact.

Any advice / help is greatly appreciated

Sometimes on my iPV3li i get the "check atomizer" too. For me i just removed the coil and screw it back in again. Works for me, no harm giving it a try

Did u lock the resistance? Check ur coil lead, might be jus that tiny wee bit loose.

Thanks guys, I have just tried the OCC head which was never used but I got the same .... also

One more thing, not sure if it's useful but the ring which is used for air control is damn loose now.

Hahaha. Need exorcism.


I think there's a leak at the 510. Normally can happen when you refilled. Check if there's juice at the mods 510.

Check the 510 connector on your mod. Or maybe try another atomizer.

Update: I have checked the mod for leaks, so far none nor can I see stains.

I only have 1 atty so pretty much I'm just staring at it. However, when I tighten the OCC tank damn hard, it works for 2 drags then on the 3rd drag the ohm spikes up to 5 something then the message check atomizer appears again

I guess the connection between the 2 is not so good? Im not too sure myself also

The issue seems to be the connection between the tank and the mod. Check if there's a way to extend the firing pin on the mod.

Sounds like my problem with my Subtank.... Look for the thread called copper pin see if it's lydat...

Take everything apart. Take the base. Shove your blue screwdriver handle through the centre of the atomizer base.

How do you see through the air holes lol I really can't see much from but I think my case might be pretty similar. Plus I also dismantle everything to wash every other day cause of changing juice...
