Iqos problem

Dear All....

I am new to this forum.
I used to be a smokers, i tried vape, but now I have been using iqos...

Just now, the red light is shown, according to the manual, it said malfunction.
Can it be fixed? please help.

If any of you has experience this, please kindly share (and help)with me how to fix this.

Did a quick search to see if I could find something regarding the malfunction and there's not much out there. Unfortunately, the item isn't something that appears to be in wide use. Even checked Phillip Morris' website and there's not much there regarding the product.

What does the manual say regarding malfunctions?

Have not seen those. Did a quick google search and it appears to be a new product. Don't think it's available in the US yet or at least not that I have seen. If it says it's malfunctioning in the manual my guess is that it is and something is wrong with the unit. Are you able to take it where you bought it and exchange it?

I also googled it, but same thing, could get any answer.

Manual said

!blinking red LED
Holder is malfunctioning

That is it.

I am in Indonesia, and my friend bought it in Japan. So it might take tons of extra effort to get it back to the store, hehehehe

Welcome @kabayan, this is the 1st time I'm seeing this device also!
Only suggestions i can make would be to contact the manufacturer or maybe ask in the comments section of the Youtube video's online.
I suspect most of the folks here are not familiar with this product since it was launched in Japan and Italy for now.
I hope you get some answers to your issue.
