Just made some Irish cream using
Kentucky bourbon at 7 %
Bavarian cream at 4 %
Vanilla bean icecream at 1 %
And a bit of flavour apprentice rum at 2 % to give it a kick, fingertip tastes really good but now it's steeping for a few weeks
