Irl3103 question

Hi people. So I picked up a 3103 MOSFET with all intention of making a touch switch but then I started thinking I wanted just a nice tact switch on my next mod. So question is this, will the resistors be the same as a touch switch as with just a tact switch. Do I still need the 10Mohm and such in there? That's a lot

Ps. I'm using the trusty ptn4050 board with this one. If that matters

15k resistor I had a picture up it was wired wrong..

Easy enough. Looks like a 15k resistor between gate and source should do it.

Now just gotta find a tactile switch

If your referring to the 1st drawing, yes, breaktru corrects it later in posts with a correct drawing and offers choice of both p and n fets you have to register to see his drawings.
Every modder should have an account at breaktru lots of good info and a good parts section..

If you type in 3103 mosfet in google Like I did for your question and then go to images, its there, and is the one I 1st posted oops.. So many will do it wrong maybe, because of that picture.. Now Raidys touch sensitive 3103 picture is also popping up. If you wanna use it as a touch switch Craighb revised it for us a little bit.
