is 2.9 ohms too low for a regulated 5v mod?

Madvapes is out of the CE2's I normally buy but they do have Bauway clear cartos (CE2 style) at 2.9 ohms in the 2.5 ml version. I normally get the Royal Smoker regular size CE2's at 3.0 ohms. I'm using an Old Goat regulated 5 v mod.

Watts wise i'd be pulling 8.62. I'm thinking they should work well being a tiny bit hotter because I notice after my 3.0's get some use they don't hit as well as that first vape. According to the watts chart I use the ones I use now pull 8.33. I just wanted to see what people said about them before I order to be sure.

If I like em I may try to make some homemade syringe tanks with them. I'm not crazy about regular cartos anymore.

I'm using a 2.5 ohm bauway on my 5vPT at the moment. If I chain vape I can get the dreaded 'dry' hit if I'm not careful to get off the button before I finish my draw.

I think you'll like those just fine. I have about five in rotation and none of them have cracked or pulled loose at the bottom. (Note: I don't use any of the juices that are notorious, so I can't say what they'd do with some juices.) They wick pretty good, but with added vg content you may need to do the magic wand trick between quick vapes. Vapor production and taste is excellent.
