Is 3.7 considered hv?

I recall reading in the Nhaler forum I believe that's ok, and I'm vaping it just fine on my 3.7.
HV juice has more flavoring added to it than regular juice because when vaping at HV (5 volts and above) you tend to loose some of the flavor. You can vape HV juice at 3.7 but the flavor may be a little over powering for some taste buds. I vape at 5v and DIY on the juices and generally mix 10% to 20% flavor to compensate for the HV (except for Menthol, it comes through STRONG at 5v).
The HV Pear seems just about right to me, almost the same as the Pear Lung, both delicious. The HV French Vanilla Coffee seems a bit strong to me.
I've noticed that flavors tend to come through better on my PT than my KR8 batteries (although the manual battery is real close behind) I mix anywhere from 10-20% depending on which flavors I use. Cheesecake, chocolate, and pineapple tend to coem through VERY strong and I cut back the % on flavors like that.
I have heard a lot of good reports on NHaler's Pear Lung Juice. I am going to have to try that. I have their Green Tea Lung Juice which is good, and I LOVE their HV Black Cherry Soda.
I have tried to dup the Black Cherry Soda flavor but have been unsuccessful so far. If flavor is more important to a person than vapor and TH, then IMO 3.7v is the way to go. Increasing the flavor for 5v vaping helps, but IMO it still isn't as flavorful as 3.7 vaping. When I have a really flavorful juice I want to savor, I will take out my 3.7v Protege and vape away with that for a while.

I use the HV juices at 3.7V (in my chucks) all the time. Although the only reason I get the HV juice is because two of my favorite flavors ('french vanilla coffee' and 'black raspberries and cream') only come in HV.
I need more than the 12mg that they come in though, so I bump them up with some 60mg unflavored to about 22mg (4 parts HV juice to 1 part 60mg). They have such a strong flavor that they don't lose much at all with the bump-up.
