Is advocating Hong Kong direct purchases really a good idea?

I have found only one local b&m store east of Atlanta that had rebuidable clearomizers, at $15. It wasn't even what I consider good quality. But I can get a fairly good quality one from fasttech for less than $3 and no shipping. So yeah, I'll buy from Hong Kong. If I could get a decently made rebuildable for even half what b&m's here charge, darn right I'd rather support the local economy. If I could get free shipping on the decent American websites for a small order, yeah I'd keep at least some of the money stateside.

My mother's CC ws compromised recently. Someone had tried to charge escort services to her card. She is the LAST one who would vape. She's 90 years old. People get the wrong idea sometimes. the card info may have been stolen a year, or two ago, and just now used.

I don't think it's just an issue with e-cig vendors. I've talked to several people lately that have had the same issue and they don't vape.
