Is customer service taking a nap?

At the worst possible time. 4 days ago, both of my DAV batts took a crap. I have a customer service ticket open, but haven't heard anything for 3 days. Any help?

Doing a lot better. The meds I take had a bad reaction to an antibiotic but with some monitoring yesterday, I feel A TON better .
