Is electronic cigarette liquidate excess weight and skin color? Share your experience

Iam a new e cig member
Ihave some questions i will be thankful to answer it from an experienced e cig member

Did you switch from regular cigarettes to electronic increase in weight?
Do liquidate skin and teeth color and taste same as if i smoke free?
I am a heavy smoker at the age of twenties I suffer from abnormal thinnest and Dark skin color due to smoking Times I tried to quit and i have changed entirely and increased weight and come back quickly because the symptoms of nicotine withdrawal and longing to habit and symptoms of hash withdrawal also increase the depression with or without smoking, I can not quit at the moment
I see that the recent papers are electronic cigarette
please The shift from regular cigarettes to electronic that Answer to my question will be thankful

I have actually went down several pounds and teeth are much easier to clean at 6 month dentist cleanings and gums quit receading. I have been vaping 5 years with great results, cant comment to the depression aspect though all still seems the same. Good luck on your vaping journey.

it's common for people who quit smoking to gain weight, this is partly due to the hand to mouth fixation from smoking. no one likes the weight gain from quitting, but the devices help with the fixation, once you have the right amount of nic in the juice. my teeth are as white as they were before, smoking affects the body's healing processes, the sooner you can quit the better. not everyone can quit immediately, it took me several months of cutting down before I did it, and some still dual smoke/vape but they have usually cut down at least.

I saw another thread where someone said they were gaining weight when they started vaping and I have had exactly the opposite experience. I've actually lost 10 lbs since I quit smoking and started vaping. I don't have "sweet" cravings anymore (presumably I am getting my sweet fix from my dessert vapes) and don't miss my evening cookie treat at all (but still have it anyway, once in a while lol).

Hello Anoircp,

welcome to the forum.

Transitioning from smoking to vaping has led to me having much
better skin. Like you it used to be thin, and really dark circles under the eyes.
Likewise i haven't gained weight since started vaping. Teeth color... I drink
so much coffee and tea, that i can't say whether stopping vaping helped with
teeth discoloration.

Anyway... physical effects from vaping will vary from person to person, so your mileage
might vary.

Yes, at first I did not, but after a year I went away from tobacco flavored juices and toward the sweet desert flavored vape juice and it has cured my sweet tooth.

I actually Lost Weight in the fist Year when I switched to e-Cigarettes. I was a Long Time PAD Smoker. And the years of Smoking had started to take a Toll on me.

After Switching, I found I had a Lot more Energy. And had more Desire to ride a Bike or take a Walk in the evening.

I also noticed that my Teeth were Noticeably Whiter after about 2 Months of Not Smoking.

The Tar in burning Tobacco is Definitely Bad News. Not only for Staining your Teeth. But also for your Lungs.

I vape about 7 or 8ml's of 6mg/ml e-Liquid per day. I used Higher Nicotine levels when I First switched to keep the Cravings down. But after 6 months or so, I lowered my mg/ml levels. I just didn't need the Higher Nicotine levels anymore.

I did not notice any weight gain...perhaps even lost a few pounds.

I did notice whiter teeth and mustache. (actually the mustache was gray).

I have heard anecdotal evidence of folks becoming paler because they no longer went outside periodically to smoke.
