Is ethyl maltol/cotton candy the same thing as bubblegum?

I believe another member has been sent bubblegum instead of ethyl maltol by accident. He says his EM smells strong and smells exactly like bubblegum.

Does anyone think Ethyl maltol smells or tastes like bubblegum flavor in any way?

Do you think ethyl maltol is a strong smelling/tasting flavor?

I don't find that my EM on its own is anything like bubblegum...YMMV.

I have some Bubblegum (Vendor Mix)
and some EM Flavor- TFA Cotton Candy
and I ran in to see if they smell the same....

No- they do not.

The person is confusing bubblegum and cotton candy... cotton candy flavoring is usually just EM diluted down to flavoring percentages. Bubblegum is fruity, usually with a mint undertone.

I received a free sample of TPA Bubblegum with a WL order. It's something I would never order but since it was free I mixed up a batch. I remember chewing "Bazooka" bubblegum as a kid (and that's EXACTLY what the smell is with this). I vaped some but it tastes flat!
It needs to be sweeter -- it needs EM sweetener

Never tried bubblegum .don't think I'll buy it either.but I do like EM its delicate and sweet not over powering in small amounts.That's how I use it
