I started off cleaning my stardusts between each flavor. But now, maybe I'm getting lazy, but I find myself pouring a new juice in even if there's some residue of the old still in the cart. As long as the flavors don't clash, it doesn't seem to matter. What do you guys do?
Is everyone meticulous about cleaning between vapes?

Depends on my mood. If I'm really energenict I'll clean . If I'm lazy I'll just fill and go. If it taste like nasty then it gets cleaned for sure.
It's not so much mixing flavors, I just find most delivery systems last longer/work better if you keep them clean.
Good point. I guess I don't them gumming up. Well, I'll try to do a good weekly cleaning.

I clean dripping atties by flooding them with whatever I happen to be vaping and then blow it all out into a tissue. I clean my Nova tanks and Stardusts whenever it starts to look like a science experiment is taking over in them by shaking all the old fluid out and refilling them. My dripping atties are over a year old, and to date I have never had to replace the head in a nova or stardust other than to change resistance.
It all depends on the flavors being used/rotated through and the type of atty/clearo/carto I'm using.
Right now, I am using the phoenix bottom coil-type clearo's alomost exclusively and am dedicating one flavor to each clearomizer (RY4 & Tiger's Blood) so, I usually only clean 'em every 2nd or third fill. I'm on an RY4&TB tear right now which are pretty clear liquids. If I was vaping a coffee or something else dark it would be between every refill as those types tend to "caramelize" - for lack of a better word the coil a lot quicker and degrade performance etc. Ya gotta burn that off the coil more often.

I clean my clearos about every 3 maybe 4 fills. But that is about how often I change flavors. As for my cartos, I just use them until they die. They seem to last a long time. I mix flavors in them all the time. Since I use only tobacco flavors, they don't seem to clash that much. I use mostly 50/50 Pg/Vg.
I've got a carto in a tank that's been going for weeks now.. I refill it every day and vape. My 2 VN's are going for maybe 2 weeks, I just keep adding juice. I do mix flavors if they are compatible. I never clean cartos.. I only have the one mix that I use in cartos anymore and it will last for weeks. I never really clean my VN's..not unless I'm changing wick/coils, then it all gets rinsed out.
Man some people are bathing these things in alcohol, peroxide, and denture cleaner. The fumes alone will do you in. I just wash em dry burn rinse and go for it. Vape on and on and on!
I wet burn mine often. I fill half a tank or so with pure PG or PG/VG mix, unflavored, and vape on a bit higher wattage than usual--until the PG in the tank runs clear. PG is a great solvent and cleans a lot of gunk that tends to accumulate on the coil. Easy and effective.
Depends on the flavors mixed.. If I'm going off the rails and coming from something fruity to something not I clean however if I'm going from fruit to fruit then I mix and if nasty clean but generally it's a good combo.
I had just filled 3/4 of Blueberry into a 1/4 Strawberry Vivi tank.. it works and it's not too bad honestly. Sometimes it's pleasant but I tried the same Strawberry into some 555 or RY4 thinking it would just hint but it clashed and burnt the flavors @ 4.4v en Twist so I cleansed

However I mainly vape a chocolate that gunks up the heads something awful. I end up rinsing and the dry burning while using needle point tweezers to loosen crusty residue from the coil about once a week. (taking care not to dead short the thing in the process)

I use them until I notice the flavor is off. Then I rinse in hot water, blow them out, dry burn, rinse and vape.
hot water, rinse, blow out, dry burn. Then i'm ready to vape again. If it takes more than 5-7 minutes including soak time, something fishy is going on.
