Is it bad to vape all day long?

2 weeks no smoking, chain vaping 16mg all day. If I go 24mg I can't chain = bad.

I tend to use 36mg most of the day. I do find that I put my pv down to do things like....work, type, work, type....and eating too...can't vape and eat. lol it's a viscious cycle.

Also, another thought worth mentioning. I can wolf down an analog in 3 minutes. That's 12 puffs within 3 minutes. During break time, it's 24 puffs within 6 minutes. There's no way I can vape that much ... the wicking and long draws won't allow for it. I don't vape "more" than I smoked but I do vape more evenly throughout the day.

Also, take driving for instance. I always lit up & smoked at certain places on my route... and chain smoked the last 2 before parking. When I vape, I take One puff at those trigger spots and chain vape about 6 vapes as I reach my final destination. That's a whole lot less inhaling than cigs were!

Only your body would know that answer. Every body is different. Every body vapes differently. With that said, yes there might/will be side effects even with 0 nic. Some have KAB00M farts (without notice), some have SBD farts (without notice), some belch (without notice), some have Sticky B00GERS, some have acme for a week or so ..... and some have it all and some have nothing at all.

But the wheezing from smoking stops. The walks we take are now fun without the dire need of rests every 100'. Our clothes, homes and cars smell better... well, after the stale smoke from days gone by dissipates and we stop farting ....
