Just a general warning, but no DIYer that I know of buys pure nicotine and shouldn't even try unless they have a lab type setup and the proper protection. At the very most we purchase 100 mg suspended in PG or VG which is 10% nicotine, and even that can be tricky to work with and should only be attempted by someone with experience. 60 mg (6%) will give you a nasty nic OD if you aren't careful.
To start DIYing you would need nicotine based
e-liquid in your choice of PG or VG (unless you are planning on
vaping juice without any nicotine), a plain version of your choice, and the other type if you want a mixture of both. Plain PG and/or VG should be USP food grade, there are other grades out there that aren't made for human consumption. You would also need gloves to work with the nicotine base, flavorings, dropper bottles, something to measure with like infant dosing syringes and plenty of paper towels.
If you're really interested in doing your own mixes I would suggest spending at least a week over in the DIY liquid sub-forum and reading everything you can find there on the process before attempting it.
