phpuQ2FbRPM.jpg Am I the only one keeping two different batteries constantly on charge in order to vape? As soon as I vape I have to put the battery back on the charger for it to vape again. Its real frustrating. I quit using the cartridge e-cigs about five months ago when I found my first e-liquid kit.

That sounds like they are reaching their end of useful life.

But you did not mention how old they are and how many time you have recharged them. Li-ion batteries useful life is about 300 charge and discharge cycle. It can be more or it can be less depending on Q........ A good Q batteries can have up to 900 recharge cycles.

So if you vap everyday, and recharge everyday , than 9 months is about where the battery life is.
YMMV

Regards.

that's not normal. i'm a chain vapor and i rotate 3 ego 1000mah batteries and after a full charge i get about 5 hours out of them. i think you have a bad charger. pick up a new charger for about $5

Its a CE4 type that I got at a flea market for twenty dollars. I also have a similar one called brand name Tsunami or something like that.

And thanks. I figured it was just cheap batteries. The tsunami brand one I just brought though. Anyways, thanks for the replies.

Might be some cheap knock offs that don't hold a charge, or they were at the end of their useful life when they got put out to the flea market.

Just be aware that they will take 2-3 weeks to get here. Fasttech are a great vapers friend, but don"t rely on them to come in a specific time frame. I order from them and then forget about it (ok, I peek a little at the shipping tracking information)

My point is that if you don't have a backup and you order from them, you are going to be driven mad waiting.
(My experience, yours may be different)

I just keep doing what I have been doing until they get here. It will be worth the wait. I will get a charger too. Thanks again.

If you don't want to wait and you want the confidence of knowing that you're getting quality, go to Discount Vapers or Mount Baker Vapors and buy the name brand batteries. Your first, second and probably third batteries and atomizers are what I like to call "critical assets."

Critical assets are the things you expect to work as designed when they're called upon. Firearms and ammo. Fire extinguishers. The A/C. Your primary personal vaporizer.

Get quality. Then as your collection expands, experiment with stuff you can afford to throw away, while the primary stuff carries the load.

Either the batteries won't hold a charge, or the charger is not charging the batteries. Sounds like it may be time to kit a new kit. Are you charging this into a wall outlet? if so, make sure the outlet power is on, or if usb into a computer, make sure it's charging by trying to charge a phone or something. Definitely a hardware charging problem somewhere. Process of elimination. Good Luck.
