Let's see if I can actually explain this.
Today, my fiance unscrewed the top of his iClear 16 (purchased just two days ago) to refill it. The little plastic inside part came out, but the metal ring with the threads that was attached to it stayed in the clearo. He managed to get it unscrewed, and reassembled the top, but since then, he gets a very airy draw and almost no vapor.
Is there any way to fix this or do we just need to call it dead and move on? Right now, we have very limited options for our new Ego batteries, so we'd like to try to save it, if possible, at least until our vapemail arrives later this week.
