Probably half or better of the juice sold in the U.S. comes from China. Once in a while, the FDA will seize shipments to make a point, but I haven't heard of any law against importing items containing nicotine.

I'm sure it would be on this board the same day if one was passed. I think it is now unlawful in Canada, though.
