The Good News......Going on 2 weeks without a cig. It's hard to beleive how easy it has been to switch to vaping. I've had almost no cravings and for the first time in about 30 years I really belive I will be able to quit for good. This is after trying patches, gum, hypnotism, something called "Non-Invasive Accupunture", Zypan, Chantix and Blue e-cigs. I can't tell you how glad i am to feel like the monkey is finally off my back.
The Bad News (Maybe?)......It seems like all I want to do is Vape! Instead of having 4 or 5 cigs when i get home from work (maybe 20 minutes of actual smoking time) i sit on the couch and vape constantly. The juice i am using is 20 nicotine so I don't think its a nicotine craving. Maybe I like the flavor too much or maybe its just being able to smoke on my couch for the first time in 15 years.
Do you think this infatuation with vaping will subside or have i traded one monkey for a bigger but healthier one?
