Sorry, for that little rant but a friend of mine was given a verbal shellacing because she was walking 10" outside of the designated pedestrian crosswalk in a shopping center parking lot! At least she was trying to use it or close to it

Hoppyy, I'm too blasted tired to read all of that but I have to ask...what WAS the crime like BEFORE the law was enacted? If it went from zero to zero then that was a stupid law - but, if it went from a murder a day to not even a cross word is spoken then it is a terrific law.
