Is it just me ?

I've noticed that l get really bad heartburn after a night heavy vaping and I was wondering if anyone else experiencing this....the juice, maybe?

I've never had the problem myself, but I know of several other people who complain about heartburn when they vape high VG juices. With them it seems that the high VG juices lead to more runny nose issues (increased mucus production) and some of that drains down the back of their throat and into their stomach, leading to an upset stomach.

If you're using high VG juices I would recommend trying to blow your nose frequently to rid yourself of any excess mucus, and make sure you don't do the old snort and swallow.

If I'm vaping in the car with the windows up I get heartburn. Windows down, I'm fine. Weird, right?

If I overdrip and end up swallowing a bit of juice I get momentary heartburn. Nicotine is an irritant so this makes sense.
Could this be the case with you, if not then I don't know.

You might try lowering your nic level, if you're comfortable with that, and see if the heartburn clears up.

I get heartburn too from my red hot cinnamon fireball and menthol mix.................but it tastes sooooooo good................

Hi...?I never got heartburn from vape, it could possible an individuals reaction from the type of juice used or nicotine strength. What I did experience at first and I hear is a lot of coughing at first. It lasted a couple weeks. People here told me it is all that tar being expelled from the lungs after stopping tobacco. Now I can see how much junk I had in my lungs after 50 years of cigarette smoke. It is really disturbing now to think about all those years inhaling smoke. I used to say \ oh, it's just a little cigarette smoke /.. I am 65 and vape only for a month now and I feel like I am 45 again.

I am 65 and also feel good vaping every day rode 25 miles this week on my bicycle.......................................
