is it my charger or my battery thats gone?

Basically when I plug my halo tank 3 into charge the charger is blinking red

It's a consistant blink which has only started occurring today

Is it safe to continue using it? Or does it mean the battery is faulty??

Best to keep at least 2 chargers.

Also, best to move to standard interface 510/eGo hardware; I think the halo stuff is different.

This is brand new sorry I should have said, I haven't even got a new battery yet never mind a second charger,


And I'm also confused about moving my post on mobile....Can't work out how to do it
