This was taken from an article explaining a study on nicotine absorption of electronic cigarette users:
"...But even these types of e-cigs, with 18 mg/ml concentration juice deliver a relatively small dose of nicotine. Some smokers may require more effective nicotine delivery than this, and maybe higher nicotine concentration juice to help them switch from cigarettes"

Simply stated, so-called chain vapers receive a significantly lower level of nicotine than smokers.

Thanks! It put's my mind at rest. Even if I vape for an hour it's about the same as an analogue :).

I have been switching between the 16mg and nicotine free one in each session. Maybe 20 mins on the 16mg and half an hour with nicotine free one.

For most people used to smoking a PAD? Unlikely to be a problem. You aren't absorbing 16 mg of nicotine out of every ml of liquid you vape, more likely only between 1/3 to 1/4 of it gets absorbed. How much someone absorbs seems to vary quite a lot on a person to person basis, which is why it's hard to tell anyone that "X" is exactly what you should be vaping if you used to smoke "Y" amount of cigarettes. You can take two people with the same smoking profile and one of them may get bowled over by 16 mg liquids, while the other person finds it's not enough and needs 24 mg instead to keep cravings at bay. It's something everyone needs to sort out when starting.

If it becomes problem you would notice things like rapid pulse, palpitations, nervousness or edginess. And if you just put it down the symptoms would disappear within a couple of hours.

Hi,

Is it dangerous to chain vape a 16mg throw away e cig cartridge?

I have been tooting on it for the last half an hour non stop.

Can I give myself a nicotine overdose?

I'm usually a 20 plus smoker.

If ya start getting dizzy and barf all over your keyboard, I would say lay off a little...
