We are planning a trip to Nassau, Bahamas soon and I wanted to make sure that there are no problems with vaping there. I don't want to be accused of using something illegal in another country.

I did in Oct. 2009 ... no problems, not even any questions from anyone, although i do tend to be discreet when vaping in public. We stopped at Nassau and Freeport on a cruise. Only issue i had was trying to get the sand out of everything after visiting a beach. I have to say ecigs are great for no smoking hotel rooms and cruise cabins.
I know what you mean about the non-smoking hotel room. It works out great since there is not smell.
I just got back from a cruise and we stopped in nassau. You'll be fine. Carried my e-cig every where i went even vaped while walking through customs and no one even looked at me.
