in response to the op: if you google scholar some keywords about the studies done to determine the chemical composition of the exhaled product you will find a few articles. the liquid, once heated to temp where it vapes, is essentially water in composition. i'm not sure if this is true first hand as well, but it is a humectant, which means some of the water included is from you.
other studies have determined that the exhaled second hand vapor contains no nicotine, and only traces of other chemicals.
and don't let "chemicals" sound scary, technically water is considered a "chemical".
