I imagine some will think this is still safer than what we were consuming with cigarettes but I try to use flavorings that only have natural, pg and alcohol ingredients. Thank you for posting this question because I am looking forward to getting a definite answer also. I use several of the Watkins flavorings sold at Walmart and have had good results.

I once bought that by mistake - meant to buy Cream Cheese Icing....

Warning - I found it totally disgusting! It's now in the cupboard with my spices - although I'd rather use real cream cheese LOL
