Well, i'm about a month into vaping, completely off analogs. Started with an ego twist, 2 vivi mini novas, and 50mL of Twilight 50/50 from mtbaker. Then I found a local B&M and picked up a few new flavors and stardust clearos and a DCT tank along with an ego passthrough. All the attachments seem to run great with every other juice I've tried, but within a day or two of filling with the twilight they all fail. Within the last month I've gone through 6 nova heads, 2 stardust heads, and 1 carto. Please tell me this is not normal?
Is it the Juice?

The reason I've been so hesitant to dismiss the vendor is how highly recommended they are in the reddit community. I suppose I should try some of their other flavors before writing them off completely.

Mt. Baker is very popular on here. From their website it looks like their liquid is US made. Actually, the Chinese stuff is fine, that's all that was available at first. It really comes down to if you like the taste or not. My only issue with Dekang (or whomever) is that you can't customize the juices.
Hey, thanks for the reply. I actually really enjoy the flavor. It's sort of a muted tobacco-berries taste. In my search to narrow down the cause of the clogging, I've wondered if it might be too high of a VG ratio? Also, I was really paranoid about storing all my tanks/clearos vertically for the first couple of weeks.
Ahhh...vg is quite viscous and can clog the heads.
ETA: Also, with Vivi Novas and clearos you don't want them to be vertical all the time. The liquid has to go up the wicks, so tipping and twirling them around makes them work better.

I had a ego mega cart clog after 4 days even with a 80PG/20VG mix. I think the flavor has alot to do with it. Mine was a US mix cinnamon. Now I mix it with tobacco and there doesn't seem to be a problem.
I use alot of 100% VG juices that aren't thinned down in anyway. They seem to get thicker with time and with the winter cold, so I bought a bottle of unflavored pg to loosen things up a bit. A few drips into a bottle of thick juice can make a world of difference.
My PG is not a nicotine base so my nic is getting slightly diluted too. It doesn't get diluted to a point that I notice a difference though.

Never tried Twilight...is it dark? A tiny bit of distilled water helps thin 100% VG. Dark colored flavors can tend to clog things up. I have to clean and dry-burn clearos every few days to get them working like new again.
In the bottle, it's a light brown/orange color. But in a tank or clearo it turns a dark brown after a few pulls
