I really want to do something that will allow everyone to enter, but also make it a challenge.... Nothing with a cam, because most don't want to show themselves.....

I am down for photoshop contests aswell!
What about the old everyone put in a number, And then its picked at random and whoevers got it or closest without going over or something. I have seen that before.
I do like contests that take a little effort on the person entering.
I've had great success on the "find Waldo" type of contests.
But I would like to change it up some.... We are talking about giving away $150+ worth of a prize!

There once was a contest where you had to find the differences between 2 pictures and PM your answer. Give a set time frame (say 24 hrs.) and since the prize is so valuable make a new picture every day for "x" number of days. People could enter only once per day but would be allowed to enter again on following days (basically once per picture). All correct entries would then be numbered (based on order received) and one choosen at random.
This way someone who can only participate one day would have a chance, though not as many as someone who entered daily. Also it wouldn't require any equipment (i.e. camera) nor skills (i.e. photoshop) so everyone could enjoy in the fun of losing to me!

I too like the idea of everyone losing to me! All that's left is for you to make it happen!!!
(oh and I'll volunteer to photoshop some differences to some photos for you - as it greatly increases my chances of finding them!!!)

There's Alot of combinations, making it a challenge(IE:Syle of Saber, Cap style, color, cap color, limited edition option, HP option) Only you would know which you created as the prize, so whoever picks the one you've created gets it
and if there's more than 1 winner, they would get put into a Lotto! Say maybe 2 entries per person?

I think it would be perfect!! That way people who haven't been to the site, get a chance to look it over and see just how they could create their own!! Plus it would introduce more people to the Wonderful Saber Touch!! I think it would be fun!!!
If I did my math correctly, there is 3632 possible combinations on site That's without custom Saber(your own color)

How's the winner picked? Because there's a LOT of different permitations possible!!! Or do we just go with the longest tongue wins?
Here's another tweak idea, what if you pick a dollar amount total and people pick their stuff, paste their cart and at the end of a set timeframe whomever is closest to the $ amount wins (if multiple people - then lottery draw from those entries)?
If everyone copies and pastes their cart for the contest, I will also learn what people want.\
Then, I will go to Random.org and pick a winner for whatever their cart has in it!
