is it time to dry burn? - iClear 30

I've had this iClear 30 for about 3 months now. I honestly never used it to much it until my protank 2 took a .... on me a few weeks ago. So while waiting on a payday not already spent on bills to order some new atomizers heads for the protank (I'm not even going to attempt to rebuild it I'm more of a pop-n-swap kinda guy) I switched to the iClear 30. Sob Story aside the iClear was working like a champ at first vaping at 3.7v on my mvp and k101. Problem is now the iClear produces little to no vape on the first pull and takes 3 to 4 to see any real vapor production. Do you think I should drain, clean, and attempt a dry burn on this tank? I have Villain Vapors Queen of Hearts in it which is a VERY DARK juice. All Villain juices are a 50/50 blend if that helps. But I'm thinking the coil is either seriously gunked up so it takes a while to get hot enough to burn, or one of the coils is maybe shot since I don't know if the dual coils are a single wire or 2 separate coils? Just looking for any professional advice.

Well I got tired of the close to nothing vapor production so I drained it, cleaned it with hot water and a soft bristle tooth brush, reattached the atomizer to the battery and attempted to dry burn it but the coils refuse to light up at all. They're completely black I can't tell if it's gunk or what but no amount of short bursts is making these coils glow. I've been at it for about 2 minutes I don't want to burn the wicks too much but I think this atomizer is done for. ...

You might of messed up your coils. Sounds like you shorted them out. Buy a new head.
