The Panasonic-Sanyo GA, and the Samsung 30Q are both not currently functioning with this tool.

I hope the OP learned a lesson from this. Only buy batteries from reputable, trusted battery suppliers who take great pains in sourcing authentic brand names. It can save you a lot of time and money in the long run.

If you value performance and safety, don't buy batteries from EBay, Amazon, or vape shops. It's just too easy to make and sell fake batteries. Batteries are the most important item in your setup. It's not worth saving a dollar or two shopping elsewhere and running the risk of purchasing questionable quality batteries.
