So I recently go into sub ohm vaping and I love it. I'm currently vaping a dual coil at 0.7 ohms, with 100% VG 8mg liquid. Is lung hitting all the time on that safe? That's pretty much how I like to vape now.

Probably not, but I guess that depends upon your interpretation of the definition of 'safe'. Too many unknown variables for me to give any opinion, other than that.

On just the point of the lung-hitting, I can't direct-lung-hit any smoke or vapor without extreme discomfort, yet I can mouth-to-lung either just fine, so I'd have to go with the observation that it can be more irritating to the lungs. I'd guess that more heat, and probably more nicotine, hit your lungs when bypassing the mouth draw.

Most likely better than lung-hitting smoke, IMO.

I do and have been for a good 6 months... can't say that I've noticed any issue with it.. but that's me.

Dual Coil at .5 ohm... dripping 18mg... lung hit all day everyday...

I used to lung hit while smoking about half the time. Now that I'm vaping I lung hit almost 100% of the time, even on my 0.2 ohm dripper. 6mg nicotine is my standard. I would suspect that the difference in risk with both draw styles would be minimal. I'm sure either one is better than the smoking version though.

I lung hit most of the time on all my devices except my KFL+. The air holes have to be fairly open for lung hitting. I run 6mg on my RDA's and 18mg in my genny.

I haven't felt anything bad from lung hits. In fact, since I've stopped smoking, my lungs have never felt better for the better part of 2 decades.
