It is not necessarily unsafe. It all depends on the application you are using it for. If you are going to go below 1 ohm then yes it will be unsafe.
sorry guys still a bit of a newb haha
Simple marketing...

They provide you with great deals on some items and an item at an overpriced cost. Makes the consumer feel that the great discounts were justified with a small overpayment of one item not all. And ICR...is not unsafe...

You said 6.99 for a 10 ml bottle of E-Juice?

No way in hell would I pay that.

People pay 300 bucks for a piece of steel/copper/brass with a logo etched into it. People spend 200 bucks for other regulated devices. It is amazing what people would pay for. It's their money. They are free to spend as they see fit.

I spent 10 bucks for 10 ml at the gas station. It wasn't that bad of liquid. I won't buy it again anytime soon.

When you buy at a local store you can get more than just the equipment.

Do the employees know about vaping and answer questions? Most online stores do not.

Is there a nice place to sit and have a vape? Online stores do not.

Do you like talking to the people there, both employees and customers? Online stores have none of that.

If it is broke can you drop by tomorrow and get a new one? Mail 2 ways and a month if it is fasttech.

I like my local shop for all these reasons. It is nice to see a human being and talk about vapin with him/her. If my local shop has it I will buy from them, and if not I get it on the web.

If my local shop was one of the horrible shops you read about here I would be using the web, or driving to a better place.
