Hello,

I vap since 2 years now, in France.
A friend of mine live in QC, and would like to try too.

So I've googled here and there to find shops, and specific law informations regarding e-cigarette in QC.
I've found that "Santé Quebec" is baning the nicotine from e-juices.

However, I see there's plenty of shops in QC selling it anyway.
One of them, Vaporium has his own physical shop in front of a government building ??
Is that true ??

So what the hell is authorized in Quebec ? lol
This is really confusing

It just hasn't received market authorization by Health Canada. It's a Schedule F drug, and not illegal to own.

Customs will confiscate it if you get it shipped there and there's nicotine on the declaration form. And those shops risk being shut down. The legal ramifications, however, are small.

There are quite a few online Canadian vendors that sell ecigs and nicotine juice.

I live around Montreal and have never had any problems having juice shipped from within Canada. Usually arrives in 1-2 business days. As for ordering from outside of the country, I have never tried for fear of customs. Just have your friend order some hardware from Canvape, juice from Jugs or Flavor Crafters...shouldn't have any problems.

EDIT: I actually forgot about my first order which was from China. I had 4 bottles of 30mL nic liquid in that order and is passed through customs fine...but do not recommend this as it took over a month to ship.

There are lots of great online shops in Canada and the US. I've had about 40 things shipping from the US, at least half with juice in them, and I've only ever have 1 thing stopped by Customs - and it was something I won so really no harm no foul. It's not a big to do anyway, they just send you a letter and tell you what they've stopped and why, then when they're done with it they return it to the sender and you either get the sender to reship it or you get your money back.

So tell your friend to go around and order from one of our great Canadian or US vendors and VAPE ON! :D
