Is nicotine delivery the same with VG vs PG?

I have settled on a VG juice. It's so smooooth. there's not a big chest hit with it (I'm glad for that)... Am I getting the same nicotine? I mean to say if you have a 16 strength in PG do you get the same Nicotine if it's 16 VG?

I've been vaping for two weeks. I've tried way many flavors and found my fav... organic chocolate. It's a vg juice. No sweetner, only gooood stuff. I tried to find a great tobacco flavor only to discover I really don't like tobacco flavor. I want the Nicotine though.

Good question, but I'm not sure if anybody knows the answer.

Rumor has it that PG has better nic delivery then VG. Don't bother with trying to count your nic intake. If you get less nic with VG, you will just vape more until you get enough.

BTW - If you like really dark chocolate try FreedomSMokeUSA Cocoa - I've never tried it in 100% VG buy they do offer that. I think I have 70pg/30vg and it's like super extra dark chocolate, almost bitter. I love it. And I use it to tame some juices that are too sweet too.
