Sorry, I feel like I should know this one...but I can't remember...

Is there to be some ruling regarding the regulation of our stuff coming September 1?

Can anyone provide a concise summary?

Is it time to max out the Visa on supplies?

Geeker, oral arguments in the njoy v. FDA case are set for September -- around the 23rd I think (can't remember exactly). You can check that thread for further info.

From what I have read, oral arguments begin Sept 22nd.

I have started to stockpile, just in case.

The closest to that would be the oral argument that is scheduled to be heard in the appeal taken by the FDA in the SE/njoy litigation.

But it is scheduled for September 23 (not the 1st).

And a decision should not be expected before some time in November, and it could be even longer than that before we hear.

Edit: Two answers posted while I was writing, and making sure of the oral argument date.
