An interesting tidbit from another federal agency - the CDC. Among others, they're soliciting people who used e-cigarettes or smokeless tobacco (to cut back on cigarette smoking) who later developed a serious health problem for television ads (as part of a national education campaign). They're paying $2,500 plus travel expenses.

Since no one else will say this I will:
Anyone needing $2,500 that is staunchly loyal to vaping needs to sign up, pretend to be harmed by vaping, at least up until the point were you have to sign a waver, and collect as much data on cell phones - audio, visual - as they can.
Then, after the ads come out, get onto Youtube and ECF and claim you did it for the money.
One of the lawyers that are around here needs to look into this.
