I'm thinking you mean "heat" hot instead of "spicy" hot. No, it's not hot (according to my experience.) The little atomizer does not make the "juice" hot in the sense that the heat will be noticeable. It's never been, for instance, like "hot boxing" a real cigarette, if you know what that means. Evidently the juice is really easy to vaporize with a very little specific heating coil. There's no "fire" per se. I don't even classify the vapor as warm. The only thing on my pv that ever gets hot is the casing of the atty. If I vape constantly without a break for a minute or so, the atty gets hot to the touch.
I just let it cool down for a couple of seconds and go again.
