Is there a list of highest quality mods/batteries from best to worst?

I already ordered a Provape-1 beginners kit because I heard so many good things about provape's stuff after reading on this forum for like 5+ hours LOL. Even though it was pricey (if not most expensive) for a fixed volt mod, i felt that it was worth the money from what I read. Still pending in the mail but I was wondering if there were quality tiers? There are so many mods I read about but I can't tell where which mods stands in the quality category.
