Is there a marlboro flavor cartomizer?

I'm trying to order an 18mg mboro flavor for my mom's boyfriend (she talked him into the ecig) but I can't seem to find it on V4L's website?

If there is no mboro flavor, is there something close to it? He was a marlboro light smoker.

There is, and its called Mboro, but it's probally not listed because they are out of stock. I got the Kamel instead and it's my favorite so far. I smoked Marlboro red 100s

Cowboy is the new name for Mboro.

Yep Cowboy is the new name for Mboros and it does have that distinctive malboro flavor that is really close to marlboro lights! Kamel and Kent are also close but different! I would also try to get him to try some different flavors as once he gets his tastes buds back he might not want the taste of tobacco like coffee

One thing I can say for certain is that there is no consistency in the names from vendor to vendor. That doesn't help things.

Nobody wants to get a letter from a tobacco company on the names.
