Is there a payment processor breach for vaping sites?

Had two credit cards compromised in less then four months ordering vaping supplies I don't think the vendors are at fault so not listing them here since it was two credit cards on totally different vaping sites months apart. But do most vaping sites use the same processor and if so was the processor compromised at some point between nov 2016 and march 2017? If not this could just be extremely bad luck on my part and a headache to boot.

use a "pay to play" card... get a card from walmart, load it up with just enuf to make the purchase and cover fees... if it gets hit, they get a dollar or 2... never use your main bank card or credit card ...
