Is there a video on changing a 510 batteries LED?

I just have a couple dead batteries with red leds and want to switch them with my working blue led batteries.

That is much, mush easier than changing out the actual LEDs. The LEDs are mounted to a printed circuit board that has the dropping resistor on it. That entire PCB is kinda glued into the tube , but it is easy to pull up and out. You will see that it is connected electrically with two wires. If you can unsolder those two small wires, you can swap out the board from your other battery and re-secure it with a drop of super glue (that's what the factory uses), and then put the ash cap back on.

It's still a little tricky, but not nearly as hard as actually soldering the physical LED.
